TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

I, Ms Huguette Guims, Director of Full Lace Wigs Ltd, know that purchasing a lace wig can be an expensive investment. Sometimes it can be confusing to know exactly what you want, or even what to expect when you receive your order. I want satisfied customers, and I am happy, when you are happy.

We offer a 7-day exchange on our stock wigs. Once you receive your wig, you have a total of five business days to contact us to exchange for a different one. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, styled, adjusted, washed, lace cut, hair cut, adhesive applied, glued, taped, tags removed or altered in anyway. If the wig is not to your liking, an exchange will be offered as long as the wig is in the same condition you received it in. A stock wig can only be exchanged for another stock wig for equal or lesser value. We do not resend you another stock wig until we receive, inspect and approve the original wig intact. We only allow (1) exchange per order. Exchanges are solely based on availability. We will not pay the shipping cost from our store to you on an exchanged item, you are solely responsible for the shipping charge. Nor do we pay for return shipping from you to our store. We do not refund the original shipping charges if customer is unhappy with the order.

CUSTOM MADE WIGS / HAIR PIECES

Please note that custom made wigs, hair pieces or hair wefts and restored /used lace wigs are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Please note that it will take between 4 to 8 weeks for your custom made wig/ hair piece to be completed. Custom made wig / hair pieces or Special orders (7-15 days’ delivery) will go into production upon receipt of your deposit and upon approval of our invoice or description note.

It is important that your read carefully the custom wig specifications on the invoice / description note you have been given at the time of placing your order. A minimum deposit of 70% is usually required in order to start your bespoke wig / hair piece with the balance to be paid within 4 weeks of your custom item being ready for collection.

You will be contacted once your wig is ready for collection.  Failure to collect your custom item on time, will result you being charged a daily penalty of £3.00. If you have paid for your custom item in full at the time of placing the order, the daily penalty charge will not apply.


Please note that once the custom made wig/ hair piece or special order is in production it cannot either be modified, nor cancelled. The money deposited towards a custom made item or special order item is not refundable but if an error has been committed by the manufacturer your custom / special order item will be returned to manufacturer and will be fixed or remade according to your original requirements.

HAIR CARE PRODUCTS such as tapes, adhesives, solvents, shampoos, and conditioners are non-returnable. You must notify us, by email, standard mail or by phone regarding your issue and before returning any item you must get confirmation from us.


STOCK WIGS/ HAIR WEFTS/LACE HAIR
Stock wigs, hair wefts and lace hair can be returned or exchanged if unused or unaltered (hair cream or hair serum must not have been applied. The hair must not have been combed and the extra lace at the front of the lace wigs (if applicable) must not have been cut. The wig or hair piece must not have been worn at any time).
A credit note, or a refund or an exchange will be issued upon receipt of the unaltered hair by physically coming to our premises or by sending the unwanting hair by Next Day delivery ( Royal Mail). Credit note can be used for all future purchase.

GUARANTEE
There is a one-month guarantee on your custom item starting from the day your custom wig or hair piece is ready for collection (not from the day when you start using the item). We offer free repair if your custom wig / stock wig requires fixing within the first month of purchase. Unfortunately, small hair pieces, silk base closures and heavily damaged wigs cannot be repaired.
This guarantee is void if the hair of the wig / hair piece has been dyed, bleached or processed in any way or if it is proven that the hair piece/ wig have been damaged by hair pin, scratching, or improper care after purchase.

REFUND
Refund will be issued 7 days after receipt of the good by Next day delivery less 15% restocking fees. Restocking fees doesn't applied for exchanged goods. The Postage fees for returning the goods are at the buyer expenses. Return of the goods will be accepted only if the wig / hair piece / hair weft have been unworn and is still in brand new condition in its original packaging. Please note that POSTAGE FEES are not REFUNDABLE.
We do not refund or we do not accept return or exchange for hair accessories or hair products such as wig caps, glues, serums, clips, shampoo, conditioner etc.
We do not accept return or exchange for  sales items.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION.

Exchanges received without confirmation will be refused and returned to sender. Packaging must be accompanied with original invoice and all documents received with order. When packing wig be sure to tape package securely. Make sure you ship the unit back to the address it was shipped from.

Our Return and Exchange Policy only applies to purchases from Full Lace Wigs Ltd. We recommend you insure the package and track shipment. We are not responsibile for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments. Item must be prepaid prior to delivery.

If for any reason you are authorized to return a package, we recommend you pay for insurance and request a signature confirmation upon delivery. This will assure your package was delivered appropriately with signed documentation of the transaction. If you return a package without insurance or a signature confirmation and we do not receive the package, you take full responsibility for the item(s) that were suppose to be returned. Full Lace Wigs Ltd is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

ONLINE STORE POLICY:

Custom Order Deposit: Production of unit typically begins within 24 hours of confirmation and payment. Once it goes to production we cannot make any changes. A 80% non refundable deposit is due upon placement of order and the balance is due before delivery.

Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your custom order after 24 hours of confirmation your deposit will not be refunded.

Abandonment: Orders are considered abandon after 25 days and reasonable attempts by phone and email to contact customer for delivery. Consequently, your deposit is lost and store credit will not be issued.

Stock Order Refund: If the item has not been shipped, we will refund your money in full. (Remember, we typically ship within 24 hours). If the item has been shipped we request you return package upon delivery . Once item is returned in its original packaging we will refund your money excluding shipping fees minus 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Store Sales: All store sales items are non refundable, no exchanges, no returns. All sales are final. NO exceptions.

SHIPPING:

PLEASE NOTE: If paying by Paypal, we only ship to CONFIRMED addresses.

You can confirm your address with Paypal by logging into your Paypal account and following their instructions.

 If you are unable to confirm your address with Paypal, we cannot accept a Paypal payment from you. You may pay for your order by making a payment into our business bank account, or by Western Union or Moneygram.

Domestic and International

Postage is £ 9.00 for U.K (Next Day Delivery)

  • Next day delivery (for order within the U.K placed before 3pm -SATURDAY delivery can be arranged by phone only and will incur a £15.00 charge- Please call 077-5412-5019 for more information)
  • International Signed for with Royal Mail = £15.00 (takes 7 to 15 working days to be delivered) - It is not fully trackable. A reference number will be emailed to you together with the link which will give you the date of postage of the package, the date when the item left the U.K and the date where the item has reached the destination country. Once the item has reached the country of destination it should be delivered within 1 to 3 days and in case of delay please note that you, the customer, must contact the postal service authority of your country with the reference number in hand in order to enquiry about the progress of the delivery of your package. Often in countries such as Africa and Asia the package might be held in custom and release only when the owner start making enquiries. We, Full Lace Wigs Ltd cannot be held responsible for items non delivered if shipped to the correct address. We have no control over the postal service. Please note that items such as 99% Alcohol, C22, or other bottles containing flammable liquid cannot be shipped internationally as this might caused your delivery to be delayed and/or your parcel to be held at custom and destroyed.
  • Aisure International shipping ( Europe only) with Royal Mail- 100% fully trackable - The tracking number will be emailed to you -( takes from 3 to 5 working days to be delivered)
  • DHL International shipping = £40.00 ( Europe) - 100% Fully trackable- Please contact us on 077-5412-5019 before buying online so that we can amend the shipping cost accordingly ( takes 1 to 2 working days to be delivered)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.K): Remember once your items are shipped, Full Lace Wigs Ltd is no longer responsible. All packages requires a signature confirmation upon delivery.Typically, we ship orders by Royal Mail on Next day delivery, however on occasion we may use another carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex or DHL.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipments out of U.K are normally delivered within 2-15 business days. Please note, customs or other postal officials can delay the delivery time. If this happens, please understand Full Lace wigs Ltd has no control over the situation. Your order can be held up for reasons such as taxes, duties or broker fees and you, the buyer will be held responsible for fees due. Full Lace Wigs Ltd has no way of knowing this will happen prior to shipment. and in case of delay please note that you, you, the customer, must contact the postal service authority of your country with the reference number in hand in order to enquiry about the progress of the delivery of your package. Sometimes your package might be held in custom and release only when you, the customer, start making enquiries. We, Full Lace Wigs Ltd cannot be held responsible for items non delivered once it has been shipped to the correct address. We have no control over the postal service. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: When Full Lace Wigs Ltd ships your order you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your order for confirmation of actual delivery date.

DELIVERY:Custom orders are normally delivered in 4-8 weeks. This is standard production time but cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, an order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If we are notified of a delay we will contact you immediately and inform you of the additional time needed for delivery.

Stock orders normally ship within 24 hours after payment and confirmation. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you.
